Biography |
I am an Omani artist and Fine Arts student at Winchester School of Art, University of Southampton, where I explore the intersection of art, culture, and mental health. My work with Not Alone Oman as Young Minds Manager has allowed me to lead youth-focused mental health initiatives, collaborating with Whispers of Serenity Clinic to create spaces where art and healing intersect. My interest in art therapy grew from a study of Picasso’s Rose and Blue periods, deepening my understanding of how mental health shapes artistic expression.
With experience in gallery administration and customer service, I’ve developed strong organizational and curatorial skills, bringing a thoughtful approach to engaging audiences. As an artist, I blend Middle Eastern heritage with contemporary techniques, and I’m passionate about storytelling through art and fashion, seeing each as a powerful medium for connection and cultural expression.
