Mother of 3. Grandmother of 1. I am a cancer survivor who was also diagnosed with autoimmune disease. The medications prescribed made me even more unwell without helping the underlying dis-ease. I decided then to begin healing my body with nutrition, exercise, and herbalism. I have decided to further my education/knowledge in these areas so that I may help others do the same.
