My background includes working in radiology and women’s healthcare for over 30 years. My natural passions on the side, however, include mental and physical health through understanding the human psyche, calming the nervous system, nourishing the body, tending to trauma,  practicing breathwork and meditation, holistic measures such as utilizing naturopathy and nutrition, and learning more and more about our energy and neuroscience that can help us become empowered to heal ourselves.
