Hi I’m Charla.
I was born and raised in San Diego California and moved out to Denver Colorado in April 2001. I have 2 grown amazing daughters. I’ve been a certified fitness professional since February 2002. I have taught Group Fitness, Kickboxing Aerobics, Yoga, Personal Training, Resistance Training and other class types over the years. I am also a certified Flexologist and administrator(PNF) assisted stretching. I practice health and wellness coaching, as well as a certified Reiki practitioner/Intuitive Healer and have my own business, ZenThrive LLC. I love connecting with new people, healing/guiding people to their best selves and learning new things.
