My personal experience is the healing component of the spirit from trauma. It is a significant gap factor missing in management from the Holistic healing concept of trauma.
Your insight into the healing component of the spirit from trauma highlights an important aspect often overlooked in holistic healing. Holistic approaches aim to treat the mind, body, and spirit as interconnected parts of a whole, but the spiritual aspect can sometimes be underemphasized. Integrating spiritual healing can involve practices like mindfulness, meditation, and energy-based therapies, which help individuals reconnect with their inner selves and find peace. Addressing this gap can lead to a more comprehensive and transformative healing journey, supporting overall well-being and resilience.
