Biography

Biography

My decision to become a life coach was due to personally needing changes in my own life. I searched for a change due to use of alcohol since I was 16, many failed relationships, unhealthy living and wanting a better life for me and my children.

I always felt out of place growing up because I thought differently than everyone around me. I had my first child at a young age of 17 and had to grow up really fast, which meant my life dreams completely changed. Had many ups and downs throughout my life, including my father being killed in the line of duty when I was 23, I was married and divorced twice, had 2 miscarriages, in and out of colleges, and through all of this I was taking care of my 4 children. I never figured out what my life purpose was and never really liked my life. Until I was 48. I decided I wanted a change. My kids were grown and the last one was graduating high school. I made the decision to go through a course for life coaching to make a change for myself in the summer of 2022. During this course, as I sat listening to the instructor, life changing thoughts were so present, it made me see myself in a different way. I felt a calling that coaching is what I’m meant to do to help others. I felt like I finally found my purpose, my “Ah Ha” moment. The course changed the way I thought about myself and helped me understand my thinking patterns. Since taking the first course, I have taken close to 15 more courses, currently enrolled in a few more, and have treated my learning as college for my new life and career. I started my coaching business as a life coach and growing it to become a Nutritionist and Holistic Practitioner. I want to help other people make changes to become healthy and happy in their own lives. It makes a huge difference and I believe everyone can be happy.
