Hi! I’m Marcela, a 33-year-old Brazilian chef with a passion for both food and wellness. I moved to Australia 6 years ago and currently work as a chef for the YMCA. I hold qualifications in Commercial Cookery and Hospitality Management, but my interests go far beyond the kitchen. I’m deeply drawn to naturopathy, nutrition, health sciences, and holistic therapies—always exploring ways to integrate these into my lifestyle and cooking.
