I’m a certified herbalist and nutrition health/wellness coach as well as a children’s & young adult author/illustrator. I work with different Native American groups to help preserve and promote our indigenous languages and culture. I’m also a member of the NH Commission on Native American Affairs. My passion is fitness (I’m an amateur boxer) and finding balance with nutrition and lifestyle.
