Hello, I’m Annie Hunt (previously Lightfoot), I’m 42 with 3 kids, Reuben – 9, Beatrice – 7, and Beau – 2, and I’m married to the man of my dreams, Matt.

I live in Donny (Doncaster), UK.
I moved here 8 years ago from a village where I grew up: Harpenden, Hertfordshire.
I’m a full-time Mumma to my toddler and I have my own Coaching Business,
“Mindset Hacks”, that I have been running from home, since 2020.
I also created The Phunny book Ⓡ: A personalised notebook to write funny things in, which becomes the most hilarious memory keepsake!

I love to help people, and I believe I’m on this earth to instil confidence in young people, and entrepreneurial ladies, who I call Super Mummas! (either to kids or furbabies!)

Annie is an Artist and a Transformational Mindset Coach specialising in Therapeutic Art and Cognitive Behavioural Techniques (CBT).

Her life changed forever when she suffered an abusive and traumatic event at the age of 10 years old.

It affected her confidence in so many ways, and as a result she always struggled with unhealthy relationships, body dysmorphia, lack of self-worth, negative thoughts, severe depression and debilitating anxiety.

Annie is not afraid to tell you how it is, she is honest, and over many years, she has forgiven – and let go – but never forgotten.
She likes to share the methods she has used to overcome the obstacles in her life that were all connected to her childhood trauma.

Over the last 5 years, by switching her mindset, Annie has completely transformed her life in 9 key areas (Money, Health, Business, Self-Love, Spiritual, Life Goals, Love, Creativity and Family) and wants to help others to do the same.

Annie’s vision is to instil confidence into young people that she never felt she had.
Annie’s mission is to end mental health waiting lists with her Phunny Book Ⓡ, because she believes no one should have to wait to get mental health support when they need it.
