As a holistic health student with a degree in Public Health, I am passionate about promoting wellness through integrative and natural approaches. I worked as a community champion and wellness coach for 5 years supporting clinically obese children and their families. This experience inspired me to deepen my knowledge, leading me to join Scholastico to further my education in holistic health. My goal is to continue empowering individuals to make lasting, meaningful lifestyle changes and achieve balanced, healthy lives.
