JEF BAILEY
BIO/RESUME KIND OF THING
Jef Bailey is a native of Rock Hill, SC. He began performing in elementary school stage plays at a young age and later became involved in Local Community Theatre during his middle & high school years. He began working professionally in regional stage and screen productions immediately after graduating high school.
Jef has worked as a Professional Performer / Designer / Technician / Instructor/ Director / Stage Manager / Writer / Producer with Various Live Theatre, Film & Television Productions across SC, NC & NY from 1983 – Present.
He also served as Artistic & Technical Director for the York County Children’s Theatre as well as Supervisor & Instructor of Visual & Performing Arts Programs for the City of Rock Hill Parks, Recreation & Tourism Department from 1985 – 1990.
His studies have included Television Production Technology at York Technical College, numerous workshops and classes in Theatre Arts & Film/Television Techniques offered by industry professionals, as well as earning credits and valuable experience taking part in the Actor’s Equity Intern Program.
