I am a mother of 3 sons, grandmother to 3 granddaughters. I have had my own business for 18 years. After years of physical injuries ,stress and demands of work as a business owner, I have learned how important our physical and mental well being is. I have used varieties of theraphy. Massage, Reikei, and practice yoga regularly as part of body mind maintenance. As well, healthy eatting habits and meditation practices , are all important sources for a post8ve and active lifeatyle. I love the outdoors, fromm gardening, skiing, skating kayaking biking swimming hiking camping fishing badminton and baseball, and many outdoor sports equipment. I love books and music, craftsmanship. I love to travel , and to taste all varietiesand cultures of food. I have worked in many trades and Building projects , decorating and design are my passion. Basically I like to appreciate everything that life has to offer.
