I grew up on a farm and was involved in   4-H as a child which continued into adulthood. We grew organic vegetables and sold to local markets. We also had a bakery that I managed.

In 2015 I was diagnosed with an aggressive form of Triple Negative Breast Cancer.   I Have had 16 surgeries since.  It has been a very difficult road and now I have multiple autoimmune diseases due to permanent damage from Chemotherapy.   I have always been interested in holistic healing.  Due to damage from Chemotherapy, I went into a deep dive into Naturopathy.  Since I already have a farm and grow my own herbs and vegetables, I now am making my own tinctures and salves for family and friends.
