I took this course to learn how to take better care of myself and to help others do likewise. I was not disappointed by the experience. The format offered me the options to listen to the audio, read the materials, or do both simultaneously. The quiz at the end of each module helped to reinforce the information. I am looking forward to developing a business enterprise with what I have learned.
