Hello Carolyn! My guess is that you missed submitting the quiz. There is a second button you have to click after you review the outcome of your quiz. I don’t remember exactly what the buttons says, but that is what I suspect is what happened.

In order to fully complete the quiz and receive your score, please make sure to check each question individually, and then proceed to the “Quiz Summary” at the end. From there, you’ll need to click “Finish Quiz” to submit your answers officially. If this step is missed, the quiz will remain incomplete and prompt you to retake it.

hi, i submitted 4 quizzes correctly and now they stated completed but when i try to load them i cannot see them as Id like to use them as a study reference. please admin advise where i can view, would be good to view all quizzes collated. SENT TO SUPPORT ALSO thankyou.

Once you complete a quiz, you can view the questions and answers through the Quiz Summary option. We recommend copying and pasting this summary into another document for your study reference, as you won’t be able to access it again after closing—unless you retake the quiz.
