    I have finished a quiz in a module and when I hit quiz summary after question 30 it says there are some incomplete, but they’re all complete.

    I passed the final exam with a passing score. I cannot find where to print my certification.

      1. Log in to your account on our website.

      2. Click on your name in the upper right corner of the page.

      3. From the drop-down menu, select Courses.

      4. Then click on Certificates to view and download your certificate.

    Hi Kaylan,

    Upon checking, it looks like the “Check” button wasn’t clicked for some of the questions. To resolve this, please go back and click the “Check” button on each unanswered one—it’s located at the lower right corner of each question.

    Once that’s done, your quiz should register as complete. Let me know if you need any help! 👍

      I never get the “check” option on the last question which is the one it’s saying it’s completed. It just says “quiz summary”

    I have the same problem with module 9 quiz. Seems to be a common issue with this module. Can you please let me know when you find the fix.
