Biography

Semi-retired art teacher, mindful art teacher, art journaling teacher.  Got my art therapy masters in 1989, worked in an agency, and then was in private practice as an art therapist and hypnotherapist through 2005. Let my licenses expire. Have been a college instructor since 2001 (and before). Interested in creativity, mindful art, botanical sketching, and botanical mandalas. I have ADHD and do ADHD academic success coaching for high school and college students.
