As a dynamic individual with diverse experiences, I recently completed a Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA) program and am now seeking opportunities in mental health, neurology, or developmental pediatrics. Previously, I served as a cosmetology instructor, contributing to the training of future professionals in the beauty industry. I also own and operate my own salon, where I focus on supporting families and mentoring colleagues through my unique program, PEARLS—an acronym for Personal, Elevated, Adaptive, Resource, Learning System—designed for children and adults with special needs. In addition to my work in beauty and wellness, I am a passionate parent advocate dedicated to empowering families in navigating social and educational challenges. I have hands-on experience working with children of various ages and abilities as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), respite provider, and caregiver.
