At 34 years old, I am a proud wife and mother of three beautiful daughters, living a fulfilling and joyful life in the countryside. My family, including our two beloved dogs, has found peace and purpose in living close to nature, where we grow and cultivate our own food and daily products, fostering sustainability and a deep connection to the earth.

As a Reiki practitioner, empath, and spiritual healer, I have dedicated my life to helping others find healing, balance, and growth. My personal journey has been one of resilience and transformation, having overcome severe anxiety and IBS, which has further fueled my passion for supporting others in their healing journeys. Through my experiences, I have gained profound insight into the mind-body-spirit connection and now share that wisdom with those seeking peace, clarity, and empowerment.

I am deeply connected to the power of crystals and essential oils, which I use to enhance my healing practice and bring greater harmony into my life. My mission is to offer healing and guidance, whether through personal life coaching, spiritual insights, or providing tools to manage mental and emotional well-being.
