Aloha All!

I consider myself very healthy and a nature lover. I do not believe in medicines consider they leave you with a side effect and I have been making my own herbal treatments for the family.

I’m here to learn a completely different field from what I do for living but it is where my needs are to have great health support while aging as well taking care of the family naturally.
