Born in the picturesque land of Aotearoa (New Zealand), I grew up in a small rural town where a deep connection to the land and bush became an integral part of life. Surrounded by the natural beauty of the countryside, I developed an early appreciation for the environment. However, it wasn’t until adulthood that a profound interest in the natural uses of plants began to take root.

In 2021 and 2023, I undertook formal studies in Rongoā Māori, the traditional healing practices of the Māori people indigenous to Aotearoa, which focus on the holistic use of native plants for physical, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing. These studies built upon more than a decade of active practice in healing, during which I honed intuitive skills and deepened a connection to traditional knowledge.

In 2022, I officially opened a healing practice, bringing years of experience and dedication to a broader community. Today, I am a devoted Rongoā Māori practitioner but also a passionate educator, sharing this invaluable knowledge with students in schools. By weaving together personal experience, ancestral wisdom, and a commitment to teaching, I am now responsible of nurturing a deeper understanding and appreciation of Rongoā Māori, ensuring its legacy thrives for future generations.
