I’m Miranda! I’m a daughter, sister, aunt, wife but most importantly, a mama! I have always been into health and fitness but I really stepped up my game after I miscarried my first baby. I just didn’t understand WHY! It was a very rough, trialing process. But because of that tragic loss, I decided I needed a change and was ready to dive more into the natural side of things. I got super interested in naturopathy and everything it had to offer! I began changing the things I ate, the medicines I ingested and my all around health & wellness. It has been the best thing I’ve ever done for myself and for my family. The world is so different today and I am eager to learn more about naturopathy and everything it has to offer! I want to help people learn about the natural processes that life has to offer!
