After working in the medical field for many years I took time off and worked in the food manufacture industry. Unfortunately, unexpected injury took out of work. After 18 months of battling with Work man’s Comp and unsure of what life had in store for me, I decided to follow me dreams shift gears and dive in the world of becoming a Holistic Health Practitioner. I love helping people and I enjoy living as healthy as I can. So, it only felt fitting to follow this path and expand on what I learned over the years through books, websites and numerous of line communities. I enjoy spending my mornings earthing, journaling, reading a chapter or two before heading out for my morning walk. I look forward to getting to know you all as we adventure on this new exiting path.
