I have observed that financial distress and health issues often occur together. With my years of experience as a CeMAP-qualified mortgage consultant specializing in subprime markets, I felt a strong desire to explore ways to help people heal holistically, both inside and out. This realization helped my career change, prompting me to shift my focus from finance to health and nutrition, where I could make a more profound and lasting impact on people’s lives.

During my time working with clients, I observed that many of them faced significant health challenges, which often accompanied their financial struggles. This realization sparked a passion in me to explore how natural healing methods could improve not only physical health but also mental well-being—both of which are essential for achieving lasting wellness. I devoted decades to studying the science of health, nutrition, and holistic wellness, fully immersing myself in practices to promote the body’s ability to heal itself naturally while nurturing the mind.
