I find it so hard to talk about myself. I’ve been working in the medical field for over 15 years. I’ve learned a lot over the years and gained a new perspective that has led me down the road of natural solutions to common health problems. Working in a very busy ER for well over a decade I’m amazed at how many people never try to heal themselves naturally at home and how many people jump start to pharmaceuticals instead of the natural solutions we have all around us.  But people lack knowledge they don’t even know that there are other options out there. So that is how this all got started for me. I wanted to learn how to help others without recommending prescription medications but rather recommend things that come straight from our earth. How can we solve inflammation with our foods how can we conquer the common cold or flu by boosting our immune system with things we can grow ourselves.
