I am very lucky to work at home in my studio where my clients enjoy a mix of Mindfulness with Reflexology and Indian Head Massage.
Over the last twelve years students at a local grammar school enjoy my ‘Calming Caroline’ workshops. I deliver simple strategies to help them manage their stress and anxiety. They love to learn how essential oils can help them feel calm and they enjoy creating and making their own oils to take home.
I love to journal and have been sketching and painting for a few years now. I also enjoy keeping healthy by being outside in nature walks as well as hoola hooping outside my house in the mornings to the amusement of my neighbour!
I also attend a yoga class once a week and I love to read and enjoy belonging to a local friendly book club.
