My name is Esther. Art has been a part of most of my life. It started with coloring, advanced with using fabrics and ribbons to create clothing for Barbie dolls, I continued to advance with crafts and sewing, later as a teen I took private drawing courses in charcoal and learned to paint using oils. All these experiences served me well as a working mom.

I would teach crafting at a day camp in the summer while I taught preschool during the rest of the year. As you can see writing, drawing, scrapbooking, painting, crafting, sewing, anything I can do with my hands is a passion of mine. Joining this course, I believe, will mesh the experiences of the past with new experiences in the present that can be used in the future to help others. And that is the crux of the matter.
