Adele has spent her life dedicated to deconstructing patriarchal norms. She has a BA in Cultural Psychology from Vermont College. After a year of graduate study on Cultural Psychology at West Chester University, she left the program to pursue a more integrative approach to healing and awareness. She completed a 2 year Expressive Movement Therapy training at the Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy School, after which she worked with clients in private practice and facilitated community workshops. Adele has also served as a sexual assault victim advocate at the Lancaster PA YWCA.
She was Co-Director of the Fulton Theater’s Youtheatre, where she worked with marginalized youth and created issue-based, original theater. She also set as Co-Artistic Director of the planet project, where she focused on creating performances and
