Having endured many sports related injuries, I explored various healing modalities but it wasn’t until 2015 when I discovered AeroYoga in Spain. I corrected my own spine and everything I had studied over the past 25 years fit together like the faucets of a perfectly cut diamond which I systematically incorporated all under the umbrella called AeroYoga.

As a massage therapist, yoga instructor, pilates and personal trainer, I have an extensive continuous education in holistic health sciences, energy healing, naturopathy and TCM.  With an E.U. certification in AeroYoga®, AeroPilates®, AeroFitness® and AeroMassage® I am now based in Vienna, Austria.
