I have a B.S. in Exercise Science, B.A. in Psychology, a M.S. in Nutrition and Dietetics and many other certifications along with years of experience in evidence-based nutrition strategies, strength training, and habit formation. My coaching approach is rooted in education, accountability, and practical strategies that fit into real life.
