I am 44 years old.  I have 4 beautiful children and two amazing bonus kids ranging in age from 14-20.  I am recently widowed which was the catalyst for my journey into holistic health.  I have always had a desire for a more natural way of living and have read and studied much of the holistic approach for a while.  I enjoy yoga, intentional breathing, meditation, and all things natural.  When my husband passed our business ended rather abruptly as I could not sustain it on my own.  With losing him and our business I have been on a new path of discovering myself, what my life will look like moving forward and trying to chart that path with as much peace and healing as I can muster.  I have grown a lot during the past 8 months and the loss of 5 people, four unexpected and traumatic, has broken me wide open to how trauma and grief can break one down but it is in the pieces that are left and the raw state in which I find myself most vulnerable and ready for new growth and life to unfold.  In the end all we have is love and kindness.  That is how I move and live now, in love for myself and everyone I encounter.
