I have been an educator for 50 years primarily working with gifted students and teachers in the public and private school sectors. Part of my responsibilities included mentoring teachers for the Clark County School District gifted program, developing programming for gifted students and developing a 18 credit course through Sierra Nevada College to provide a Nevada gifted endorsement for teachers. Other opportunities included writing the curriculum for a preschool integrating Gardner’s Multiple Intelligences.  In addition I have worked as an Assistant Director of Admissions for a proprietary college and helped start the first non-profit private school for the gifted in the state of Nevada, Nasri Academy for the Gifted.
