Hello everyone!

My name is Allyson Smith, I just turned 44 years old and been in the same job for about 13 years now…and as much as I love the people I work with, I feel stuck and in a rut.

In the last couple of years, I have taken a bigger interest in my health, in how what we put in and, on our bodies, affects us in every way.

I would love to use the knowledge I acquire here to one day soon work in the industry. It’s my goal!
