My journey into holistic health began out of a personal struggle with health struggles (ovarian cancer, heart issues and liver issues) which has led me to seek alternative ways to heal and restore balance. After years of experiencing the limitations of conventional medicine, I found solace and transformation through holistic practices that focus on the mind-body connection. I am excited for this new journey.
