I am a Behavioral Health Technician with 14 years of experience in Art and creative design . Throughout my career , i have developed a passion for using creativity as a way to encourage self expression, reduce stress, and support emotional well-beign. I am currently pursuing certification as an Art Therapy Practitioner to expand my knowledge and incorporate art-based techniques into my work in a ethical an supportive way. While i am not a licensed Art Therapist, I hope to use this skills to enhance therapeutic activities ,promote healing, and better support to individuals i serve , including Veterans and those facing mental health and substance use challenges. My goal is to combine compassion,creativity and evidence-informed practices to make a positive impact in lives of others .
