Angel Laurent has spent over 15 years helping women reclaim their health, energy, and confidence through a holistic, root-cause approach. Since beginning her practice in January 2010, she has combined evidence-based functional medicine with whole-person care—addressing hormones, metabolism, stress, and the often-overlooked connections between physical and emotional wellbeing.

Angel holds a Master of Education from Ashland University and a certificate from Cornell University, along with credentials as a Functional and Holistic Women’s Health Practitioner. Her work centers on women navigating midlife and beyond—supporting hormonal balance, weight and metabolic health, vitality, and renewal.

Grounded in faith and a deep belief that every woman deserves to feel fully alive, Angel guides her clients with both clinical rigor and genuine compassion. She is the founder of BloomHer and author of The Second Bloom, and she’s on a mission to help women bloom again—at every stage of life.
