Biography

I am a performing artist, dance instructor and choreographer. I have been in the performing arts my entire life. Injury introduced me to a more spiritual and holistic way of how I approach both my art and my life. I am now also a reiki practitioner, yoga instructor and spiritualist. None of these titles are more important than my very favorite one, which is mommy.
