I am a Licensed Massage and Bodywork Therapist specialized in Neuromuscular Therapy. I have over 20 years of experience working in healthcare but also received a higher level of education through massage a therapy, graduating at the top of my class from Western North Carolina School of Massage in Asheville, North Carolina. I opened my own practice in 2019 and currently practice in Asheville, North Carolina.

My practice philosophy is to truly focus on each and every client, their goals, medical issues, mental health concerns and daily lives in order to better accommodate and accomplish a healing treatment plan, appropriate techniques, environment and time necessary to each individual. My clients are never just a number; each are unique individuals with distinctive needs that are able to receive all the attention and time they deserve.

I believe that our bodies and minds were created to be powerful and self healing. I believe that connection with nature and plant medicine is an important part of that process. Treating the whole person and seeing multiple angels of one’s life is my main approach to understanding how to best serve those that seek my guidance out.
