For over 11 years, I’ve had the privilege of caring for others as a nurse, and that experience has shown me just how important it is to look at the whole person—not just the symptoms. My passion has grown into helping people create healthier, more vibrant lives through nutrition, natural wellness, and simple lifestyle changes.

I truly believe our bodies are designed to heal and thrive when we nourish them with the right foods, spend time in nature, reduce stress, and care for ourselves with intention. That’s why I’m continuing my education in naturopathy, holistic nutrition, and natural health—to deepen my knowledge and better support others on their wellness journey.

My dream is to inspire, educate, and empower people to take charge of their health, reconnect with nature, and live joyfully abundant lives. Whether I’m coaching, teaching, writing, or simply sharing what I’ve learned along the way, my heart is to help others feel their very best and realize that small, consistent changes can create incredible transformations.
