I have been in the Wellness and Fitness Industry for 23 years traveling to different countries and work with different clients from different countries! It’s been the most fulfilling journey in my life!

I specialised in Strength Training, Functional Training, Weightloss as a Personal Training.  I am also a sports and therapist using different disciplines.

 

Other skills includes Sounds Healing, Animal Flow training etc.
