As a young kid and into my late 20’s i thought my body was a temple of health. As I aged I started drinking and it got to the point of ridiculous and of coarse with that came fast food bad decisions and now i’m over weight and in very poor health.
I turned 65 and I needed a triple bypass, My health still didn’t improve Diabetes, short of breath even though I never did smoke swollen legs with little to no feeling and spinal stenosis.
After being referred to 4 so called specialists and with no results I decided to something on my own I decided to go natural healing.
This is where I’m now, I have virtually quit drinking, I’m watching what I eat, and I’m learning natures way to heal myself
