Hello, my Name is Bonnie, and I am a Lunch Lady for our local Office of Education in San Joaquin County, California. I am on a mission & journey to clean up my eating habits and change my lifestyle for the better. I recently watched helplessly while my mother got sick and died from her diet & lifestyle choices. It was so heartwrenching to witness, and I have been on a holistic Journey ever since this happened. I have recently lost 30 lbs by just cutting out sugar from my diet. I am striving to teach myself everything I can on how the body heals itself when given the correct tools. I am 57 years young and plan on staying this way for the rest of my time here.
