I used to be an active NPC Figure competitor from 2013-2017 & won my class in the shows I competed in. Winning came with a cost of my physical health & mental health. It took me over 5 years to get my health back on track by doing my own research & with the help of some great friends who got me into Holistic realm. I am hoping that by taking these courses I can help take the guess work out for others who are in the same situation & get their health back on track.

Currently, I am an aerospace production planner but would like to eventually get out of manufacturing & into the Holistic realm where I am able to help others effectively.
