Biography

Tucked away in the wilderness of rural Wisconsin is our little piece of heaven, and location of Got Knots? My husband and I own and operate our family farm. Raising kids, cattle, chickens, and crops. After 15 years of working in health care I decided to take a new approach to health and wellness. I graduated from Capri College in Dubuque, Ia in April of 2021 and founded Got Knots? June of 2021. Since then, I am trained in Craniosacral Therapy + Emotional Release through Upledger Institute, Myofascial Lymphatic Drainage, Dynamic Body Balancing with Dr. Carol Phillips, Pediatric CST trained with DBB & Lori Hendrickson.
