In July of 2018 I left traditional healthcare for whatever God had next for me career wise. I spent several years caring for and helping to care for my elderly mother-in-law. I was also graced with becoming a grandmother, “Nani.” Wanting better for myself as I age and my family, I became increasingly more interested in natural health. Through the COVID pandemic much of what I knew and had been taught in healthcare for over 30 years instigated my interest in holistic and naturopathic healthcare in contrast to traditional medicine, which was quickly revealing itself to me as sick care. I am extremely thankful to have been given this time to explore alternatives to what I had known as typical options. Nature and nurture are so important for wellness and wholeness.
