Biography

I’m a mom, a daughter and a friend.  I have 2 dogs that run my life!  Mozart (Standard Poodle) and Reba (Golden Retriever).   I enjoy spending time with friends, nature, cycling, kayaking and photography.

I’ve been a registered massage therapist since 1999, along with other modalities.  I started a small group on Facebook and Instagram for Christian women over 50 to help them live their best life through healthy lifestyle choices.
