After 25 years as a licensed aesthetician and senior laser practitioner, my career has always centered on helping people feel confident in their skin. But when my family and I moved to South Carolina, I stepped back from the industry to settle into our new life. That space allowed me to slow down, breathe, and listen. I found myself returning to the things that have always grounded me—digging in the garden, spending time outdoors, and exploring natural ways to support wellness.

In that return to simplicity, I rediscovered my purpose. I realized that true well-being begins with reconnecting to nature, to ourselves, and to a gentler way of living. This inspired me to begin my holistic health coach certification, where I’m building on the wisdom I’ve gained through experience and through the land itself. My goal is to grow our home into a small working homestead and to offer online holistic health coaching that encourages others to embrace nature’s innate healing power.

I still love to be able to help others feel confident in how they look but it starts from within. I am thrilled to be able to take the time to gain a deeper understanding on how we heal from within and not only look great but feel great!
