Hi! I’m  Cassie, and I’m passionate about natural health and connecting with others in the holistic community. I grew up on a small farm in the Midwest, was homeschooled, and spent much of my time involved in local natural health events like Weston A. Price meetings and farmers markets.

Throughout my life, I’ve turned to naturopaths, chiropractors, and homeopaths for support with my own health. Now, I’m in training to become a naturopath and have started a small business to help others in the holistic health community, as well as those new to it, find the resources they need.

My goal is to help others on their holistic health journeys by connecting them with the right tools, practitioners, and resources to support their well-being.
