About Me

Hello! My name is Christopher, and I have a lifelong passion for helping others improve their health and well-being through both science and holistic care.

My background combines traditional science, engineering, emergency medicine, and the skilled trades. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology with a minor in Biochemistry, an MBA, and have also studied software development, mechatronics engineering, electrical work, plumbing, welding, and other technical disciplines. I am an EMT and CPR/First Aid instructor, and I enjoy applying analytical thinking and hands-on problem-solving to everything I do.

Over the past several years, my passion has shifted toward integrative and holistic health. I am currently shadowing practitioners at a nutrition store and holistic practice to gain practical experience while continuing my education. My long-term goal is to establish my own integrative wellness practice that combines the best of modern science with evidence-informed natural therapies.

I am actively pursuing certifications in Integrative Medicine, Holistic Health, Herbalism, and other complementary health disciplines to build a broad foundation of knowledge. My interests include herbal medicine, nutrition, homeopathy, nutraceuticals, biotherapeutics, energy healing, lifestyle medicine, and other complementary and alternative healing modalities. My vision is to thoughtfully integrate these approaches into a practice that treats the whole person—body, mind, and spirit—while empowering people to make informed choices about their health.

I believe learning never stops, and I am excited to continue growing through Scholistico and other educational programs while connecting with like-minded practitioners. My goal is to combine my diverse background in science, healthcare, engineering, and hands-on technical skills with compassionate holistic care to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.
