As a Nurse by trade, I have incorporated holistic health for my own personal healing and growth. I’ve learned over the years that we can always learn, grow and evolve to be better than we were yesterday, and every day is an opportunity to start anew with whatever goals we have in our hearts. Incorporating Exercise, Healthy eating habits, Reiki, Sound Healing, frequency healing music, Natural Herbs/Teas, Painting, and mindful meditations are but some of the few things I try to incorporate in my waking life to maintain a healthy balance at home and work.
